OUR REFUND POLICY

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund, or exchange it for another product, similar or not.

 

Return window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

 

Condition. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

 

What we accept. We accept returns on both faulty and non-faulty products.

 

Return shipping. Customers arrange and pay for return shipping. If a product is faulty or arrived damaged, we refund the return shipping you paid along with the price of the item, or credit it against a replacement, whichever you prefer.

 

Restocking fee. We do not charge a restocking fee.

 

Refunds. Once we receive your returned item, your refund is issued within 5 business days.

 

How to start a return. Email hello@redbirdbags.com within 30 days of delivery. We will confirm your return and send you the return address and instructions.
